Respected as one of the true chefs of our time, Marco Canora has been nominated for 6 James Beard awards including Best restaurant in America for Hearth, which he has owned and operated for 13 years. He is the author of 2 critically acclaimed cookbooks (Salt to Taste: The Keys To Confident, Delicious Cooking, which was a James Beard Publishing Award nominee; and A Good Food Day) as well as the Brodo Cookbook. He lives in New York with the three loves of his life, his wife Amanda and daughters Stella and Zadie.
